Regional Product Sales Specialist (RPS-ID)

Responsibilities:
- Carry out full business development cycle, from generating new leads to converting leads to become our customers, and maintain it
- Prepare sales presentation, business proposal according to customer’s requirements
- Making sales call, conduct sales presentation and deal negotiation meeting.
- Plan and conduct A&P activities in the dedicated sales territory
- Closely interact with customers and alert customers with latest development in our market segment
- Assist and work with the Project and R&D teams in setting the technical requirements
- Result oriented as to meet both individual and team sales targets
- Manage one or more project/s or parts thereof to successful completion
- Manage client interactions at all levels as the capital to achieve success
- Manage project team/s on-site and off-site in line with the implementation strategies and best practices
- Collaborate with other management groups on human resource, skill, and process deployments to uphold the quality hallmark on project deliverables
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Computing Major
- Required skill(s): sales and channel management, product and market development, project coordination and management, Sales Presentation
- Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia and English (other is a plus point)
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Experience in digital IT security industry will be an added advantage.
- Have own transport
- Have passport
- Willing to travel (overseas if necessary)
- Surabaya native preferred
- 2 Full-Time positions available
