Responsibilities:
Job Description：(Location: Surabaya, Indonesia)
- Factory based from time to time to be the ears and eyes of the company in the factory
- Follow up with on production – and shipping schedules
- Receive customers at factory, with or without line manager
- Communicate quality problems with QCs and solve the troubles together with factory, if necessary together with line manager
- Update line manager of factory status regarding sample developments, quotations, production, shipments, documents and payments collection
- Together with line manager ensure timely shipment of the cargo with required quality as well as correct specs to achieve the ultimate goal i.e. customer satisfaction
- Fulfill other assigned tasks by line manager
Requirements:
- Diploma or above, major in English, Trading or International Business and other related discipline.
- Proficient English, orally and in writing is a must
- Strong in problem solving
- Experience in Furniture trading or sales is a plus
- Aggressive and result-oriented
- Detailed and organized
- This position is superior level. More than 2 years experience as international sales, merchandiser or trading is a must.
