SHE (Safety, Health & Environmental) MANAGER
(Jawa Timur - Surabaya)

Responsibilities:
- PURPOSE OF THE FUNCTION:
- To ensure that SHE policies and programs are in place and implemented effectively in order to fulfill internal and external SHE regulations.
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Functional Responsibilities:
- SHE Manager
- To ensure that an effective SHE policies are in placed, socialized and implemented effectively
- To ensure that an effective SHE programs are in placed and implemented effectively in order to achieve SHE objectives.
- To ensure that continues improvement is SHE aspects are implemented effectively
- People Management & Development
- To ensure that all Production employee are always following JHHP internal/external (SCJ’s worldwide/regional) regulations such as PKB, SHE, company policies, etc.
Requirements:
- University degree in Chemical Engineering or Sciences
- English (both written & verbal)
- Minimum 5 years experience in field of fast moving consumer good manufacturing
- Experience in working on cross function team is beneficial
- Operational Management Knowledge
- Basic financial skill knowledge
- MRP knowledge
- Product knowledge
- SHE internal & External standards
- Strong Leadership skills
- Problem solving & decision making skill
- Goal & result orientation attitude
- Able to work in team
